Despite being eight years old, the fourth generation iPad holds up remarkably well, with a retina display, aluminum housing, and a massive battery. While it may not be the smoothest experience on iOS 10, it is definitely better than the previous models. The device is sturdy, reliable, and easy to use, making it still usable today for basic tasks. While the camera leaves something to be desired, it was still relatively decent for a tablet back in 2012. Overall, the iPad 4th generation is a well-built device and worth using if you already have one, but it's worth investing in a newer model if you are looking to buy one.
