The new iPad mini may not have a significant change on the design, but its updated internals make it a powerful small tablet with a premium package and a better app ecosystem than other tablets in the market. The A12 processor, updated display, and LTE and dual-SIM support make it worth the money. Although the first-gen Pencil is supported, it's not included in the box, and the Lightning connector instead of USB-C is confusing. Nevertheless, the iPad mini is a reliable, durable, and easy-to-use device suited for those who want a secondary, powerful tablet.
