The HP Chromebook 14 is a decent budget option, with good build quality, keyboard and trackpad, port selection, and decent performance and battery life. However, the only major flaw is the poor quality screen, with terrible viewing angles, colors, and brightness. While it may be suitable for some specific use cases, it's difficult for the reviewer to recommend it overall until HP delivers a better version of the screen on this device.
